Procrastination is a big deal for a lot of entrepreneurs, and we tend to view procrastination as a negative. But a colleague of mine has a completely different perspective on it, which I think very interesting and potentially helpful. Read on to learn more…

Kerul Kassel asks, “Could it actually be wise to procrastinate sometimes?” There are secrets to understanding when it can be productive to procrastinate, and strategies for switching on the inspiration and motivation to start and finish the important tasks and goals you’ve been putting off.

Procrastination isn’t what you think it is, and being a procrastinator isn’t necessarily a bad thing – sometimes it provides the space for you to connect with, engage, and optimize your potential. Productive procrastination also allows you to get things done with less struggle and resistance. Kerul has two books on procrastination, available at http://productiveprocrastinationbook.com/.

If you know that what is holding you back from the success you want is that you’re not doing what you know you need to do, that you’re putting things off, delaying things continually, you’re an eleventh hour person, or if you think procrastinator is your middle name, these books could be really helpful in getting your energy moving in a new direction.
