How To Focus On Your ‘Right’ Priorities

The word ‘right’ for me means right-brain, which translates to intuitively honoring the optimal choice or investment of time and energy. The right priorities are not always the obvious priorities.

In fact, you may think you need to focus on something but find yourself drawn to something else – afterward, you realize that you weren’t in the mood to do the first one which would have meant you were pushing for it and that makes everything hard.

Humans have a basic need for variety, but they also have a need for stability. The way that I recommend we balance these two needs for our best focus is to have a ‘shopping list’ of things to get done, and then when you have time, look at your list. The first priorities are any that have deadlines (or life lines, as I prefer to call them). If there is a time commitment, that is what needs to be handled first.

From there, if you have time that you can put into something you choose, make sure you have your list handy and then do what’s called ‘eye dowsing’ – see what jumps out at you first. Whatever you see or notice first is generally where the natural energy is most intense or flowing, so that will be the priority that will be your next ‘right’ choice to take action on.

By honoring the energy of what is ‘right’ for you in right sequence and right timing, you can create a systematic flow that may defy the mind’s literal organization and that opens up to enhanced opportunities.

Now for the best way to focus on your ‘right’ priorities: the word ‘right’ for me means right-brain – so intuitively honoring the optimal choice or investment of time and energy. The right priorities are not always the obvious priorities.

The Six Pillars of Energy-Aware Entrepreneuring
Thursday December 30th 2010, 5:56 pm

One of the greatest benefits of being an entrepreneur is having the freedom to do what you want when you want… and that can be a bit daunting when you’re actually living it. With focus and proper support through the pillars of success for energy-aware entrepreneuring, you can find your way to freedom.

Following are the six pillars of successful, soul-full entrepreneuring:

1.    Be inspired. Inspire as a word actually references the breath of spirit, and that’s the lightest energy that can pull you forward into great achievement and productivity. To capture inspiration throughout your day, have a special notebook or place to jot what moves you. To be inspiration in motion, stay in positive momentum and connect with others.

2.    Have a vision. Vision is different from sight – vision is what your inner eye sees while sight is what your outer eye sees. Have a vision about your own footprint, the difference you are making in the world and then move toward that in the choices you make and things you do.

3.    Look up. Look up to heroes, mentors and masters, the greats who have gone before you to learn their wisdom. Look up to the expanse of the sky to remember the only limitations you have are the ones you place on yourself. Look up to connect to Source energy, whatever you call it – remind yourself that you are here as a physical representation of an energy far greater than what can be known in mere words.

4.    Translate your essence through your work. Take your gifts, perspective, experience, expertise, skills, personality, energy and who you are through your work to contribute in a bigger way. Don’t do it like everybody else – do it from the inside out to create freedom for yourself and be the light for others to follow.

5.    Choose and go. The most powerful force on the planet is the power of choice; everything comes from choosing it, even love. You have to choose to love and be loved. Once you choose, follow through on that choice. Be committed, take action, follow where it leads you to create new experiences and results.

6.    Connect. Finding like-spirited, not just like-minded, people to connect with is vital. Humans are social creatures and if we don’t have a sense of belonging somewhere, we are challenged on a primal level for survival – when in that survival energy, we tend to attract survival experiences. Connect with people who can understand and support you to grow you and your business.

I’d love to hear any ‘pillars’ you rely on for your success… please leave me a comment below to let me know! Thanks in advance… :+)

The 10 Energetic Keys of Business: What Could Be Tripping You Up
Wednesday December 29th 2010, 5:56 pm

Everything is energy; quantum physicists are proving that daily, and that includes your business. If your business feels stuck or you know it could be better, this is vital information you can use right away. Knowing these triggers as keys to unlocking your business potential can save you time, resources and money by identifying what you might not even recognize as an issue.

Here are the top ten energy keys to having your most successful business.

1.    Your business grows as you get your ‘stuff’ handled; that is, your business can grow only as fast as you do. If you haven’t invested in your own personal development, that will limit your business growth because your business will reflect your limitations.

2.    Fear is a sign that you’re going beyond your comfort zone; if you don’t experience fear at least once a week, you’re not challenging yourself nor innovating beyond where you’ve been – if you’re ok with that, great! But if you’re feeling stuck, it’s time to make friends with fear.

3.    Your job is to stay clear on the priorities so your business can do what it needs to do. There’s a lot of details to operationally running a business, including making sure your customers are happy, so you have to constantly and consistently sort through the details and make sure you’re focused on the priorities. Ideally, you’ll get systems in place to help you do that.

4.    Fail forward faster; that is, don’t get stuck in what didn’t work. Instead, go out and do something different and do it as quickly as possible to minimize the loss of the thing that didn’t work. However, as I say that, make sure that you’re really managing a failure – sometimes entrepreneurs throw a marketing campaign out there but then think it’s failed after the first week when there’s been little response. You’ve got to know when to give something time and when to call it done. Fail forward faster.

5.    Your environment is the outer reflection of what’s happening in your inner world; make sure that your environment is clean, organized, functional and aesthetically pleasing. I am a former Feng Shui practitioner and I can tell you stories about how powerful this is… essentially, your environment can communicate with your inner world as well so by handling your external environment, your inner world can change. It’s hard to have a bad day when you’re working on your business from your private mansion on the Mediterranean coast, right?

6.    You aren’t your business, but it is you – so it’s taking cues from your pace and tone. If you’re having a bad day, your business will likely experience some speedbumps. If you’re in a generous and happy place, it’s likely that all kinds of great relationships and new opportunities show up in your business. Make sure you are honoring yourself first, and your business will reflect your positive energy.

7.    Make decisions from a place of strength, not opinion, need for external validation, fear or scarcity. Any of those energies will corrupt your decision and limit the possibilities in whatever decision you are making.

8.    Procrastination is actually the delay of pleasure; if you’re putting things off, look at what you’re denying yourself by focusing on the thing that you’re putting off. And really, if you want something bad enough, you don’t procrastinate – just ask anybody who has had a craving at midnight for Chunky Monkey ice cream!

9.    You’ve got to make sure you ‘flip the switch’ in your head from being employed to being self-employed. There is no one to motivate you when you work for yourself, and no one else can take the blame or the reward for what you do. Work the hours that feel good. Dress the way that you like. Ask for permission when appropriate, but it’s actually better to ask for forgiveness as a business owner – most of the time, when you’re aligned with positive power energy, people will say yes to any reasonable request anyway… but it takes more time to get their answer than just doing it.

10. Don’t waste time looping in situations. Instead, do what I call ‘break state’, which is to stop the stuck or looping energy with anything – a conversation, music, taking a drive, going for a walk or a movie – and then seeing the pattern you’re in from a fresh perspective. Once you have that new view on what you’re experiencing – and remember, anything that’s happening is inviting you to grow to your next best level – so once you have the new view, choose something different from that conscious, aware perspective you now have.

And now, I want to hear from you… what’s tripping you up in understanding or handling challenges in your business? Drop me a line and let me know… (maybe I can give you a shout out back that can help?) :-)

Resistance and Resilience Reflect Each Other
Tuesday December 28th 2010, 1:23 pm

Resistance is what we experience when we’re getting ready to do something that goes beyond what we know, expect or find familiar. It’s the thing that makes us have bad hair days, get paper cuts, drop the coffee, run late or lose the phone when we’re about to make big change. The ironic thing about it is that resistance shows up even when we actually want the change to happen.

One of the most apt descriptions I’ve found in working with my clients to overcome their resistance is to have them think about getting in the car to drive somewhere. I ask them if they actually get in the vehicle when they want to go somewhere. Naturally, they think I’m crazy and say yes, of course. I point out that they don’t know what they’re going to encounter along the way… they might discover a boulder in the road, a detour, an accident or a tree across the road. Does that sway them from getting in the car? And they say no, they would get in and go anyway.

Which leads me to my next question for them… why would they get into a vehicle that is thousands of pounds and could be quite dangerous for themselves and others if they don’t know what they will encounter in the physical world as they drive it? Now they’re really confused. Until I point out that it’s their natural resilience, their trust in their ability to handle what comes up as they drive. And that’s the key teaching here.

What are you not trusting yourself about, so much so that you’re not willing to go beyond where you’ve already been? Where are you holding yourself back from growing just because you don’t know what you might find? What detours do you believe yourself incapable of handling in life? When is the last time you learned that you could handle something new? And what does that mean for you now in thinking about new opportunities that are presenting to you daily?

Resistance is a message that you are about to grow beyond your comfort zone. And resilience is knowing that you can handle whatever comes up. It’s nearly impossible to not grow when you see that having the quality of resilience is natural in many parts of your life already. Now use it to handle your resistance and grow to your next best level.

What invitations are you experiencing that are causing you resistance (either hidden or overt)? And what opportunities are facing you right now where you can demonstrate your resilience? I’d love to hear… drop a comment below to share. Thanks in advance. :+)

2011 New Year’s Eve Ritual
Tuesday December 21st 2010, 12:44 pm

You are being presented with an opportunity to refresh your life manifestation with the New Year for new beginnings. For many people, this is the only time of year that they actually stop to think about what they’re creating; personally, I like to work with moon cycles, so I tend to be aware on a monthly basis of my intentions.

Anyway, you might remember that I’ve offered rituals for New Year’s Eve the last few years and people have reported how powerful the experience was for them both in closing out the old year and in setting the tone for the new one.

In that spirit, I offer you a ritual that you can do this year that I’ve never shared publicly before.

In case you decide you’d like to forward this to people you know and care about, I’d like to define a couple of terms first to make being a lightworker easier to understand for the ‘newbies’.

Ritual: simply allocating time, space, intention and aligned action, using symbolism, to honor what ‘is’ and to create what is desired. (This sounds big, but brushing your teeth is a ritual – think about it.) ;+)

Manifestation: the act of something becoming a knowable, even tangible, outcome or experience.

Lightworker: someone who intentionally uses energy vibrations to create, heal and transform daily life on the physical plane. (By the way, you and every other person is a lightworker already – it’s the degree of consciousness that determines your ability to use energy for a specific purpose.)

Ok… on to the New Year’s Eve ritual for this year…

On a piece of paper, draw a big T. On the left side, at the top, write 2011. On the right side, write 2010. You’re going to start with the right side first by listing all the things you’re ready to say good-bye to and release. This can be anything from regrets to mind-space given to things that don’t make them happy to sabotaging health habits to money worries to unfulfilling work to emotional pain. Whatever it is, this is the time to call it out and put it on the list. It doesn’t have to be written in full sentences  – a word or phrase holds the power of it if it resonates (has meaning) for you.

Once you feel you’ve exhausted that list, and you feel complete with it, turn your attention to the left side of the list. This is where you will write what you want to welcome in the New Year. This is NOT about writing resolutions, or goals, or affirmations, or ‘invitations’ about what you want to see but what you really want to welcome, embrace and have certainty about coming in to you. These are the things, people, opportunities and experiences that you will be happy to have in your life. When this list feels complete, move on to the next part of the ritual…

Take a moment to consider all of the things you’ve written for 2011 to find a theme for your coming year. What is the common energy of 2011 for you, based on what you’re welcoming in? Maybe it’s about Going for It, Playing Bigger, Liberating Myself, Live La Vida Loca (that was mind for 2009) or Body Book and Business (that was mine for 2010). Discover a phrase of no more than five words to describe 2011 to use as your mantra for the coming year. And, when you have it, write it twice – once on this paper in a prominent place (or using bigger font or a different color marker) and then again on a separate piece of paper so you remember until it is firm in your mind.

Now for the energy activation of what you’ve just put together…

Fold your piece of paper with your T list on it. You can crumple it, make it into an airplane – the shape doesn’t matter. You’re energetically closing off the open energy field of your list(s), acknowledging that they are complete. When folded, hold the paper with closed eyes, in silence, to your chest. Feel the energy of all that’s contained there. Experience the gratitude for what was – and that means the good, the bad, and the ugly. It all had to be in order to get you to this moment. Allow your spirit to say good-bye and release what you no longer want or need in your life. And then feel the joy and deep contentment of all that you are going to be welcoming into your life in this next year. Imagine how it will feel to have everything on that list come to you and how you will feel in greeting and embracing it. Know these things are coming to you just like you know you are a man or a woman – with that much certainty. (Side note: this can be quite emotional and that’s actually ideal because it is your feelings, your energy, that is the powerhouse generator of your experiences; the more your emotional awareness, the more complete the ritual can be for you.)

Now it’s time to let the Universe know that you are ready to release what was and start welcoming what’s coming in to you. Take your list somewhere outside where it’s safe to burn it (a firepit, empty metal garbage can or concrete sidewalk will work). As you light your list on fire, use the Reinforcement of the Three Secrets to power the energy process – think it, say it, do it. Think about what you are doing – honoring and releasing what was, saying hello and embracing what’s coming in), acknowledge that out loud (or in your mind, if you’re in a group of people and prefer to keep quiet), and actively ensure that your paper is burned completely. Watch the smoke go to the Universe and trust that it is done.

You may notice that your body has strange sensations (hot/cold/tingly hands and feet/clammy/etc.) – that’s normal as your body adjusts to the new levels of energy you just processed. You may feel a calm that you’ve never really experienced before, which sometimes confuses people – they are so used to feeling all stirred up that they don’t know what it’s like to feel balance and connection with themselves and Source energy in a profound way. Sometimes people don’t want to burn their list and want to hold on to them, but that will likely become an energy block, or clutter, over time. This is your moment to release the old and step powerfully into the new.

I trust that this ritual will help you usher in what promises to be an amazing new year.

If you have a moment to drop me a line below about your experience and share your mantra for 2011, I would love to hear and support you in it. :+)

Here’s to a powerful, profound and fulfilling 2011… ~~~

Lynn

P.S.: Feel free to share this with the people you know and care about. And if you’d like to post it on Facebook or your blog, along with attribution, you have not only my permission but my gratitude. For me, it’s all about helping people create their lives more intentionally at the level that matters – the Source energy. ;-)

Harness Energy To Work For You
Friday December 17th 2010, 2:57 pm

There are natural cycles to the rhythm of life and, when we ‘ride’

those organic rhythm cycles, we are in alignment with universal tides.

It’s this harmony that allows us to manifest what we want more easily in life and business.

Because quantum energy is the foundation of this aligned harmony, the most direct way to create profound change in your life and business is by working with that quantum energy.

It’s what creates true transformation.

And now there is a way for you to harness that energy intentionally to work FOR you (and your business).

As the threads in the fabric of time and space, quantum energy has (obviously) been used for thousands of years to create results.

By understanding the energy and your relationship to it, you can create intentional results very quickly. And that’s what I’m teaching in my new program:

www.CreateYourQuantumLeap.com

Quantum leaping isn’t so much a mystery as a build-up of energy that you intentionally direct and then follow to where it takes you.

For a visual, think of wanting to get to the top of the really tall cliff from the beach – you could do the eight hour trek it would take to go around the backside of it, climb the face of it (which might take even longer) or you could intentionally call in a tsunami wave to pick you up and then place you on top of that cliff in minutes.

The choice is yours, when you know how to create a quantum leap.

DETAILS:

The Create Your Quantum Leap four-month program begins on January 10, 2011 for just 12 entrepreneurs who are ready to learn how to create dramatic new results in their lives and businesses.

Applications are being accepted now and are located on the website (please note that there are nine spots available as of today).

The program consists of weekly group teleclasses, buddy mentoring, a group mentoring session once a month and personal sessions with me.

This is an experiential journey in self-discovery, sensitivity cultivation and intentional manifestation.

To see a video and get more info, please go here:

www.CreateYourQuantumLeap.com

Truthfully, it’s life-changing. I’m looking forward to connecting with you about what Quantum Leaps are waiting for you. ;=)

Here’s to Creating Your Quantum Leap ~

Lynn

P.S.: One of the participants from the last program describes the experience:

“No matter where you are on your journey, Lynn Scheurell has the amazing capacity to meet you where you are and catapult you into hidden dimensions of awareness to build a strong foundation for initiating Quantum Leaps into new territory and essential life changes. With the support of her transformational well-spring of expertise and the wider view of group dynamics, this course has created surprisingly magical results – allowing me to step into the world with the magnetism of authenticity and greater ease. Thank you Lynn for being the creative catalyst extraordinaire!”

Your Year In Review – Questions

With just three weeks left in 2010, this is the time to consider your year in review both for closure and for determining what you will commit to in the new year.

To help you in that process, here are some questions to jump-start your thinking. There is no right or wrong here, by the way… this is simply a way to look at how you have been living your life up until now. (And it’s up to you if you want to share it with anyone in your world or keep it confidential.)

I encourage you to print out these fill-in-the-blank questions, then curl up with a notepad somewhere and give yourself time to work your way through them (either all at once or in bites) to show you the gifts of gratitude for what was and the excitement for what is yet to come…

In 2010…

(It’s not what you might think…) I ask you to share my website with people because it’s important that I fulfill my life purpose by sharing the power of clarity. All the insights in the world don’t do any good if people don’t know how to access them or what to do with them… so many are now packaged as complimentary gifts and resources on my site. Please help me give them away in order to support people in shining their light brighter… ;=) Meanwhile, may you find your year in review insightful… :+)

Walking, Leaping and Michael Jordan
Monday December 06th 2010, 1:07 pm

You might have seen on my Facebook page a few weeks ago that I had a serious injury on my way to Orlando to speak at the SuccessNet.org conference. That was the culminating tipping point that followed a huge push of energy to continue running my business as usual, but then also to move my home, attend two other conferences (CA and AZ) while focusing on my physical wellness as a priority in a new way. And my body said ‘stop’ – literally.

I knew it the minute it happened – my back twisted the wrong way with loading my luggage in the car. By the time I got to Orlando seven hours later, I needed a wheelchair assist to make my way to the hotel.

That night, I couldn’t sit, stand, stretch, lay down, walk or sleep. It was one of the longest nights I’ve ever had, with about two hours of sleep – and not the one I like to have before getting in front of a lot of people to teach innovative concepts in business. I was really afraid that I wouldn’t recover since the pain was so intense with even the slightest movement.

Thanks to my amazing physician, and the help of everyone at the conference (both physically and energetically), I was able to not only make it through my presentation but had a great time doing it.

My greatest joy in that moment was when I saw entrepreneurs giving each other meaningful intuitive messages about business to each other as a result of the techniques I had just taught… for some, it was life-changing to both receive their messages and to be able to give them to their partner. It was amazing to see energy in action to help them know how to create success with a fresh perspective.

Originally, my intention had been to stay in Florida for nearly a week, but I quickly realized that was not in the best interest of my health. I cut my visit short to the earliest possible flight and returned home within 72 hours.

It was a harrowing trip; however, the strangers I met along the way became my reminders of the divine light in people. They didn’t know what I was up against… only that I was clearly in pain and physically compromised, and so, they lifted my luggage, got me through security and scooped me up in a wheelchair when I was too exhausted to do anything but lean against an airport wall. (I tried the Zha Zha Gabor glamour-look by wearing my sunglasses, but the tears rolling out from under them gave me away.) ;-)

Although I rarely share my personal difficulties with you, I am compelled to share this with you for two reasons.

Before I get to them, you should know that within 48 hours of being home, I was able to walk and work at about 80% normal. Within the first ten days after my injury, people couldn’t tell that there was any problem with my back. And within two weeks, I was doing full workouts in the gym again. It has been a fast and amazing recovery for which I’m deeply grateful.  :+)

So, here are the two reasons that I share my story with you now:

1. I believe that I quantum-leaped my healing process. There are energy tools and resources that are available to us any time we want to use them to create dramatic results quickly when we know what they are and what to do with them. And I will be teaching these proven tools, and personally guiding a small group of people to successfully use them, during my new Create Your Quantum Leap program starting January 10.

See www.CreateYourQuantumLeap.com for more information on the program, if you’re interested in learning how to intentionally create your own Quantum Leap. (You should know that it’s a limited group, and it’s first-come, first-served – check it out now so you can reserve your spot.)

I am deeply committed, and it is my life purpose, to teach the ways of inner illumination, connection to what matters and how to access the power of clarity. It is something that pulls me forward every day – it’s something that chooses me to be its ambassador and I am its servant.

It’s my honor to help people connect the dots to their success, both inner and outer, through using the gifts of spirit. The form of how I am doing it is evolving, so this may be the last time I teach the program. To be honest, I’m not yet sure what will come after this program and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard people ask after the fact whether I’m going to repeat a program (most of the time, I don’t as I am on to the next thing); so, if you’re interested, now is the time to participate.

2. I just watched a Michael Jordan video. In it, he apologizes for making it look easy. He reminds you of his failures, his pain, and his commitment to daily habits to forge his legend that we see today.

And it occurred to me that people have said to me many times (especially recently) that they wish their life could be like mine, that they could do what I do, and that their life be as easy as mine. It isn’t easy for me to hear that because they know not what they ask.

I’m here to tell you that it’s not what happens to me, but how I handle it that matters because it’s as easy as I make it. I can fight what ‘is’ and resist what’s happening or I can learn from it and flow through it as simply as possible. It’s my choice. And the same goes for you.

After doing what I do for nearly 14 years now, being an innovator and a pioneer on the lonely leading-edge of energy work, conscious business and teaching people how to shine their light brighter, I need to tell you that it isn’t always easy. It might look that way but it’s because you are seeing the end of the story, the outcome of the way I choose to face it (vs. the occurrence or the gory details). And there’s a reason for that, which I’ll get to in a minute…

Anyway, since last year at this time, I have chosen to quantum leap my results. It’s been an amazing year of change, discovery and opportunity – and it has had its shadows too. Quantum leaping means looking at that which is likely to be uncomfortable so one can reclaim the power hidden in it and release the psychic weight that holds one back. It can feel daunting, to say the least. And I know now how to navigate that journey faster and easier because I’ve walked it (no pun intended!). :+) It’s what I now desire to share with others who are ready to Quantum Leap their lives and businesses.

In any case, I may not tell you all that’s happening with me, but it’s not because I don’t want you to know… it’s actually because I choose my focus to be on you in our work together.

So, if I have made it look too easy, or if I haven’t told you the hard parts of my journey because I believed it was more important to share with you the diamonds of the distilled teachings that I have mined along the way, I ask for your grace.

If you didn’t believe that I’m a real person living a real life and having to do the all-too-familiar daily dance of chores, self-care and prioritizing choices, I hope this message has changed that.

And if you didn’t know that failure, pain and big challenges are among the blessings I am most grateful for as my best teachers, I trust that you can know that now. (And I invite you to consider your best teachers up until now too.) :+)

Take a few minutes to be inspired by watching Michael Jordan’s video here:

So, here’s to creating what you want in life and business by taking the energy of challenge and focusing it to the tipping point of dramatic shift. In two words, to intentionally ‘Quantum Leaping’ your success.

If you’d like to share who or what your biggest blessings up until now have been, or where you want to go in creating your Quantum Leap, I’d love to hear… please share it with me below.

5 Principles Of Energy You Need To Know

Energy is everything. So to understand what’s happening and get new results in your business, you need to understand energy – and relate to the power you have in communion with it – in a new way.

One of the most common things I hear from my clients is that either things are moving too fast (overwhelm, multi-tasking isn’t enough, too many irons in the fire) or too slow (not enough clients / money / resources).

Each of these experiences is NOT about the actual situation the person is in; instead, it’s about their relationship and awareness about energy and how to channel it effectively.

This is such a big topic that it has become a significant part of my work – helping entrepreneurs discover how to find hidden power sources and channel energy to create a quantum leap.

First, here is a teaching about the principles of energy that you need to know to create intentional success (whether in life and/or business).

Five Principles of Energy To Intentionally Create Success

1.      Energy is weightless. If it’s heavy, you’re operating on the physical plane; that means it takes more time to manifest what you want. (This also explains why spiritual people might have a hard time taking action and manifesting on the physical plane – it’s dense energy and we spiritual types know we can create instantaneously, so why bother working so hard?) ;-)

2.      Energy is a vibration. Literally everything moves all the time, which creates a vibration that resonates with everything else that is also vibrating. The vibrations that relate to each other stick together because it’s easier than trying to convert dissimilar vibrations to a different frequency.

3.      Energy is literal. You get what you asked for, even if you don’t remember asking. Also, you receive the sum total of what you have asked for cumulatively. Energy does not have the capacity to stop and ask you if what you asked for is what you really want… your higher self may do that through intuitive insights and inklings, but energy doesn’t question your directives and doesn’t pay attention to time and space.

4.      Energy is non-judgmental. Energy simply IS. Energy does not ask if something is right or wrong – it just does its thing in being energy. It does not ask if it should blow up in an explosion, or release in a sound, or stop at a line – it does what it is directed to do. Without direction, it will take the path of least resistance.

5. Energy is dynamic. Energy vibrates, moving about, and is basically busy being energy. If something isn’t moving, it is stagnant at the very least; an absolute lack of energy on the physical plane, by definition, is death.

What gets interesting is remembering these principles and learning how to work with them in a productive, efficient, effortless way on a daily basis.

One last word on how energy can affect your business:

Your business can grow only as fast as you do.

That means that if you find your business isn’t making enough money, new clients aren’t coming in (or not quickly enough) or you are besieged by administrative details, your business energy needs some attention pronto.

If you find yourself repeating patterns, staying stuck in what you don’t want, looping through the same challenges – AND you’re frustrated by that – it’s time for you to grow. Growing means getting fresh input, learning what you can’t discover on your own and seeing how you relate to energy in a new way.

And that means you need to find a teacher, whether that be a person, situation or written word because you need someone or something to pull you out of where you’ve been… it’s hard to see something new without a different lens.

So, pay attention to what’s happening, set yourself up for success by finding a teacher and create your intentional quantum leap. It’s all about the energy.
