1 : an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action than otherwise possible

So, the way that I define a “creative catalyst” is “one who provokes significant change through creative and powerful action”.In fact, this is the motto by which I live – I measure my success by the degree of positive transformation in, for and with the people around me.
